Which areas do you serve?
We serve Langley, Surrey, Abbotsford, White Rock, Aldergrove, Cloverdale, South Surrey and Fort Langley. If you're just outside the Fraser Valley, call us — we can often accommodate.
How does pricing work?
Residential estimates are based on bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage and frequency. Commercial and strata are priced per site after a free walkthrough. Use the Instant Estimate for a real range in 60 seconds.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most clients provide a key, lockbox code or garage code for recurring visits. We'll agree on access arrangements before your first clean and treat your property with care every visit.
What's the satisfaction commitment?
If anything falls short, tell us within 24 hours and we'll return to re-clean the area at no additional charge. Full stop.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes — free of charge with at least 24 hours notice. Same-day changes may incur a small trip fee.
